Nothing Much

Well these days nothing much is happening with me. Just doing my best to care for my 3 growing children and run the household. I gave a candle show last month and was able to "buy" about $200 worth of stuff, which I was very happy about.

I've been trying to really spend quality time with my children by playing the games they like to play and really interacting with them when they play their JumpStart Toddler computer games or go to SesameStreet.com. It's really interesting because I really began to see how independent and dependent my children can be all at the same time and how wonderfully intelligent they are. I really don't mind. Altho I would LOVE to have a week-end spa, shopping, dinner, get away, for now I will give my time to my little ones, they need it. And just think how much more wonderfully well off they will be emotionally and intellectually because of it.

I was or rather am really considering home schooling my girls. I'm just not sure how to really go about it. I've done "some" research but one of my biggest problems is being able to feel comfortable enough to trust another person with my children while I teach. I mean that was the whole purpose of me "retiring" so that I could be home with the girls and no have to leave them with strangers. So now I'm thinking of having a nanny/mothers helper come into my home part time while I home school the oldest. *Sigh*, what is a mother to do? And I dare not send my babies to a public school. I'd just have them not attend school at all if public schools were my only options. I've considered private school I'm just unsure abou which one they should attend. Actually I found one that I thought was really great but it's in Atlanta. LOL. Well we what happens in the future that.

Okay, I guess that's all for now. I smell a poopie diaper so my motherly duties began once more.
